Black Pearl Entertainment (BPE) was established on May 24th, 2002. It is owned by two musical powerhouses, Ruth-Ann “Miss Hollywood” Shallow and Colin “Fin-S” Paul. The organization was created by talented individuals who all share a common goal. The goal, is to be the absolute BEST at everything and in order for that to manifest, one has to have a consistent team of individuals who aren't just great, but SUPERB! You see in many organizations that being good at what you do is acceptable, however at Black Pearl the standards are higher than the stakes. In order to be a member of such an immaculate society, members had to prove to be of extraordinary talent and experience and have an extensive background in music. Our team of highly motivated individuals is versatile and committed to the formation and success of a Canadian based international urban record label.

BPE maintains strong affiliations in the music industry through relationships with industry legends such as Bert Padell (Music Business Guru and accounting genius, who solidified deals for Mariah Carey, Madonna, Alicia Keys, Brittany Spears ands other big names in the business), Lil Remixx (Publicist, who has worked for Tiny, Usher, and many well known celebrities and athletes.), Travon Johnson (Engineer for Prince and Snoop Dogg), to name a few.
