Ruth-Ann, more commonly known as Miss Hollywood is a living breathing example of a true business mogul in the making. Having fought her way through an industry dominated by chauvinistic, egotistical self absorbed men, Miss Hollywood has managed to overcome all adversities and make her way through the industry, like wonder woman. Not having to ever compromise her integrity or self respect, Miss Hollywood utilized her God given talents to accomplish all that she desired to do and is rapidly becoming a household name. From the Canadian skies to the Rodeo Drive, Miss Hollywood's name can be heard ringing in the ears of musical veterans who are all excited and more so impressed with the young business mogul. "A female Diddy" is what she is being hailed and with good reason. Miss Hollywood is involved in numerous projects throughout the music industry all of which are promising, innovative and lucrative.

In 2002, she decided to launch her own Artist Management company themed "Black Pearl Entertainment". She recently expanded her business by partnering with Fin-S of Naijah Ent Productions to function as a full fledged record label that service offices in Toronto, Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta and Dubai... In addition to her entrepreneurial endeavours, Miss Hollywood has a great career at Industry Giant, Universal Music Canada where she is a Copyright and Royalty Analyst. Before accepting her position at Universal Music, she worked for SOCAN, (the Canadian affiliate to ASCAP & BMI) for 7 years in various roles, so she has a great understanding of Artists’ rights, copyrights, how music makes money, royalty distribution, music licensing, and the music industry on a whole. She has also worked with The Urban Music Association of Canada, who puts on the annual Urban Music Awards, the Caribbean Cultural Committee, who puts on the annual Caribana parade, and Universal Urban, Canada's top rated urban marketing team.
